About the conference:

The 2nd Annual Qualitative Online360 conference will be held on the 18 & 19 January 2012 in Milan, Italy. The goal of this conference is to bring together leading research practitioners and academics to discuss and brainstorm the latest cutting-edge qualitative techniques and how they can be used effectively to deliver actionable insights for brands.
